Do you prefer to collaborate with others or work on your own?
It will depend on the situation. If the task is easy enough to tackle on my own without me having to brainstorm with a team or share the workload with others, I’m happy to work on my own. However, if the assignment is too much for one person to handle, I welcome working with a team to tackle the project together.
