发酵 (fermentation)
发酵:厌氧有机体把糖酵解生成NADH中的氢交给丙酮酸脱羧后的产物乙醛,使之生成乙醇的过程称之为酒精发酵。如果将氢交给病酮酸丙生成乳酸则叫乳酸发酵。
