    4. 材料题 材料1 "要深化教育改革,推进素质教育,创新教育方法",在习近平总书记关于教育工作的重要论述中,"改革"和"创新"被多次提及。 华南理工大学长期以来坚持贯彻落实党和国家的教育方针,坚持社会主义办学方向,矢志不渝建设世界一流大学。在2017年全校思想政治工作会议上,华南理工大学党委书记章熙春要求,要继续深入学习贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神和治国理政新理念新思想新战略,推进改革创新,为坚持社会主义办学方向、建设世界一流大学提供坚强保证。 日前,6400名华南理工大学的大一新生开启了全新的大学生活。他们将在未来的四年中迎来独特的学习体验--大一即有机会加入院士团队,能够使用全校所有科研平台、参与课外科研。这种育人方式,被教育界誉为拔尖创新人才培养"华工模式"。自组建之日起便提出"办大学,就要创一流"的华南理工大学,从未缺少过改革创新的基因。 材料2 2018年5月26日至27日,首届"2050大会"在杭州云栖小镇举行,来自全球的20000多名青年在这里"确认眼神"。王坚是杭州市云栖科技创新基金会发起人、阿里巴巴集团技术委员会主席,也是"2050大会"的001号志愿者。作为发起人之一,王坚对"2050大会"的定义是:"这是一场由青年志愿者共同发起的非营利活动,目的是为了让年轻人因科技而团聚。" 从目前情况看,预计有超过20000名年轻人来到杭州,其中来自海外的参会者5000人,他们均为35岁以下具有颠覆性创新的新生代、各领域科技公司的创始人和展望未来的科学家。其中,不乏天使湾创始人兼CEO庞小伟、马丁公司首席试飞员Paco Uybarreta、上汽集团技术中心副总设计师邵景峰、中科院博士潘瓒、巴比特创始人长铗、浙江大学CAD&CG国家重点实验室教授章国锋……当然,也有很多青年领军人物。比如,连续10年蝉联Top Coder中国区冠军的楼天城,国际象棋大师、量子计算美女教授曾蓓,美国天文学会卡尔?萨根奖首位华人科学家获得者郑永春等。此外,"2050大会"还吸引了来自世界各地的青年团体。目前,已有ACMer、CCF优博论坛、Global Shaper、TGO鲲鹏会、SegmentFault思否等多个团体确认参会。 根据"2050大会"的设计,大会拥有100个青年团聚、100场新生论坛、100个探索空间以及音乐节、晨跑、艺术剧场等丰富多彩的文化活动。大会"MIT TR 35 Reunion" ,汇集了《麻省理工科技评论》每年在世界范围内评选的35岁以下科技创新领军人物;原清华大学信息学奥林匹克总教练唐文斌将在"ACMer Reunion"上发起编程大赛,让退役冠军和现役选手一较高下。超级高铁、飞行汽车、个人飞行器、三栖飞机……7个青年人自主发起的商飞梦幻工作室,将为大家展开人类未来30年出行蓝图;而北师大二附中航模社的孩子们将与飞行家一起,现场放飞巨型纸飞机。很显然,"2050大会"是一场属于年轻人的狂欢,用王坚的话说就是:"他们在这里相聚,能认识不同领域、不同文化背景的新朋友,大家给彼此灵感,给未来答案。" 从"2050大会"的100场新生论坛的主题来看,都是当前最热门的话题:航空航天、人工智能、量子计算、智能小卫星、无人驾驶、人工智能、区块链等,无不闪现着青年人对未来的思考和想象。比如,CCF优博论坛,历届中国计算机学会(简称CCF)优秀博士论文奖获奖者,每年评选不超过10位。而这些中国金字塔尖的学术专家,将在"2050大会"上汇聚成最强计算机博士的前沿交锋。再比如,互联网在地下还是在天上?由"小卫星的摇篮"中科院微小卫星创新研究院发起的小卫星论坛,将探讨智能小卫星对人类未来日常通信及出行的改变。出品人陈宏宇,拥有19年航天专家经验,成功研制发射了7颗卫星。事实上,他的团队平均年龄仅为31岁。 (1)结合材料,指出新时代为何需要改革创新?
